Dear guests of Perfect Nails Spa , we have updated our salon policy and we will no longer allow children in the salon
unless they are being serviced. We know you love your kids, so do we! For their safety and in an effort to create a peaceful
atmosphere for our other guests we ask that you leave the kids at home if they’re not receiving a service.
1. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as possible if you won’t be able make your scheduled appointment and we’d be happy to rebook it for you.
2. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice when CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING, & DOWNGRADING SERVICES for any reason,
you will be required to pay the full amount of your booked service. If you choose to not pay this fee, we won’t be able to keep you as a client.
3. If you are running late up to 10 minutes for whatever reason and we are only able to perform part of the service,
you will also be required to pay for the service we are unable to perform.
4. If you are running behind too much and we are not able to perform your service at all, this is considered a no show
and you will be required to pay for the full amount of your booked service.
5. If you need to reschedule, or cancel on the date of your appointment, please contact our salon directly.
The full amount of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card on file.
6. Due to the size of our salon only guests with appointments can be allowed inside the salon.
We consistently strive to be on time with our clients so please help us by showing up on time to avoid any unwanted charges.
