OUR POLICIES


1. No Refunds: All services are non-refundable.
2. Health Concerns: Clients must disclose any health issues prior to receiving services.
3. Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
5. Pricing & Services: Due to limited website updates, all services and prices are subject to change without prior notice. For the most up-to-date information, please call us directly or visit our Facebook page.
6. Gift Card Policy: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
7. Online Appointments: Appointments made online without confirmation will not be acknowledged.

CHILDREN POLICY


At Perfect Nails Spa, we strive to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all guests.
To ensure the safety of children and maintain a serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that children
not receiving services remain at home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Appointments: No-Shows, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Service Changes


1. Courtesy Notice: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling, rescheduling, or downgrading a service will be required to pay the full amount of the booked service.
Failure to pay this fee will result in the inability to book future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service but will still be charged for the full appointment.
If you arrive too late for your service to be completed, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the service booked.
4. Same-Day Cancellations: Clients who cancel or reschedule on the day of their appointment will be charged the full service amount to the credit card on file.
5. Salon Capacity: Due to space limitations, only clients with scheduled appointments will be allowed inside the salon.
